Biography

Nathan Moore, CEO: Construction executive with 25+ years across residential, multifamily, and hospitality development, specializing in renovation execution and millwork integration. Since entering the hotel sector more than 15 years ago, he has overseen 60+ branded hotel renovations across Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Wyndham, La Quinta, and Extended Stay, and participated in six ground-up developments.

Focus: construction execution, millwork integration, schedule risk mitigation.

Director of Operations at H.I. Development Corp., overseeing multi-property portfolios, complex renovations, and brand conversions; contributor to top-tier recognitions from IHG Hotels & Resorts and Wyndham Hotel Group.

Focus: hospitality operations, renovation oversight, capital prioritization, post-renovation performance.
